Police have arrested BNP's Training Affairs Secretary ABM Mosharraf Hossain and two other partymen while they were leaving a programme at capital’s National Press Club.
The arrests were made on Friday (Nov 29) noon in a case filed over attacking police in front of the Supreme Court during a party demonstration on Tuesday (Nov 26), confirmed DMP Ramna Zone Senior Assistant Commissioner SM Shamim.
However, two other arrestees are yet to be identified.
On Thursday (Nov 28), BNP's Vice Chairman Major (retd) Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, Joint Secretary General Khairul Kabir Khokon were arrested from the High Court gate in the same charges. They were granted bail later on the day.
