India's Border Security Force (BSF) have handed over the body of Abdur Rahim, who has been killed by them 22 days ago at the Bangladesh-India border of western district Jhenaidah.
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have received the body of the Bangladeshi national after a flag meeting on Sunday (Nov 24).
Rahim has been shot dead by BSF while he has stood near border pillar of the district’s Moheshpur upazila at night on Nov 3.
BGB contacted BSF several times to return the body soon, however, the requests were denied, said Kamrul Hasan, additional director of Jhenaidah-58 BGB.
