Cumilla-11 BNP candidate Abdullah Mohammad Taher has withdrawn himself from the polls.
He made the withdrawal announcement at 11am.
Taher alleged that voters and BNP activists are not allowed to enter centres.
His opponent is Rail Minister Mojibul Haque.
