Voting has been suspended in a polling station in Noakhali-3 constituency as unidentified miscreants snatched electoral items from the polling station.
“Electoral equipment has been snatched from a polling centre in Babunagar Govt Primary School, under Sharifpur union of Begumganj upazila,” Assistant Returning Officer and Begumganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Ruhul Amin told Bangla Tribune.
Polling is currently taking place across the country for the 11th National Parliamentary Elections.
