Awami League chief and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that her party needs to be re-elected to continue the development projects in future.
“We will construct the second Padma Bridge after being completed the first one,” she said while addressing a rally at Doulatdia in Rajbari on Thursday (Dec 13) on her way back to Dhaka from Gopalganj.
Hasina seeks vote for boat symbol for the upcoming national polls at the rally.
It was her third road-side rally en route to Dhaka on Thursday.
On Dec 13, the AL president will join rallies and election campaign Paturia ferry ghat area, Manikganj bus stand, Rabeya Medical College Hospital ground and Savar bus stand in Dhaka later of the day.
