The Jatiya Oikya Front and BNP is set to unveil a unified manifesto on Saturday (Dec 8), said the newly-formed coalition’s leader Dr Kamal Hossain.

“There will be one manifesto from Oikya Front and BNP,” he told the media on Wednesday (Dec 5) while visiting the new offices of the opposition alliance at the capital’s Paltan.

“The government thought they will come to power again with a lopsided election like the Jan 5 election of 2014. But, it’s clear that they were rattled when we announced to contest polls,” said the Gana Forum chief.

Urging everyone to keep an eye on police and the ruling activists’ activities ahead of the polls, Dr Kamal said, “We have to guard the polling stations from early morning on polls day so that no one can rig the votes.”
