Female doctor killed in Dhaka road crash

Road crashA 28-year-old woman was killed in Dhaka when the CNG-run autorickshaw carrying her was rammed by a bus.
The incident was reported from the city’s Bijoy Sarani area early morning Tuesday.
The victim has been identified as Aktar Jahan Ruma, an ophthalmologist working for a hospital in the northeastern metropolitan of Sylhet.
Around 4:45am, a bus hit the three-wheeler leaving the driver and passenger critically injured, according to witness on Abu Hanif.
They were rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), where doctors pronounced Ruma dead around 5.15an, said Sub-Inspector Bacchu Miah of the DMCH police camp.
