Five top BNP leaders have gone to meet the incarcerated party chief Khaleda Zia at her cell in the old jailhouse in Nazimuddin Road.
Khaleda’s personal secretary ABM Abdus Sattar told Bangla Tribune that the party’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, National Standing Committee members Dr Khandoker Mosharraf Hossain, Jamiruddin Sircar, Moudud Ahmed, and Mirza Abbas went to see her on Monday (Nov 12).
Earlier, three forms were collected on behalf of the former prime minister who is serving a 10 year time for her involvement in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case.
