Gas connection to Jatrabari and surrounding areas will remain suspended for 12 hours on Thursday due to pipeline work.
Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company said in a statement on Wednesday (Nov 20) that the connection will remain suspended from 8 am to 8 pm on Thursday.
According to the statement, under the Dhaka-Khulna development project, a new gas pipeline will be connected to the existing one in the Postogola Fire Service area.
Gas connection to homes, industries and CNG stations in Jatrabari, Zia Sharani, Shanir Akhra, Dholaipara, Mir Hajir Bag, Eke School Road, Paterbag, Titas Road, Bikrampur Plaza, south road of Syampur police station, Kadamtali will be suspended during this time.
