BNP has formally started the process of distributing nomination forms to candidates contesting the upcoming national polls.
Distribution of final nominations began with the party chief Khaleda Zia’s nomination paper for Bogura 6 and 7 which were handed to her advisor Helaluzzaman Lalu and BNP’s Bogura unit President Saiful Islam on Monday (Nov 26).
During the program, an emotional Mirza Fakhrul prayed for the party chief’s release from prison, adding, “May the election restore democracy and voting rights in the country.”
