BNP will hit the streets to free Khaleda Zia!

Bangladesh Nationalist Party has organised the token hunger strike programme at capital’s Engineers’ Institutions on Wednesday (Sept 12).The government is not releasing Khaleda Zia as part of a conspiracy, said BNP leaders.
We will now come out on the streets to demand that Khaleda Zia be freed before election.
The BNP senior leaders made these comments on Wednesday, Sept 12, during a token hunger strike from 10am till 12pm.
Secretary-general of BNP, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, was not present as he was in the USA.
Bangladesh Nationalist Party has organised the token hunger strike programme at capital’s Engineers’ Institutions on Wednesday (Sept 12).BNP standing committee member, Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, said, “Despite being granted bail in the main case, Khaleda Zia is kept in prison; but without her, the election will not be inclusive.”
We will not allow a one sided election like the one held in 2014, he said.
Barrister Moudud Ahmed, said, “The only way we can free Khaleda Zia is through programmes on the road; we must get ready to oust this government.”
Khaleda Zia is ill and there’s no effort from the government to treat her; instead, they are conspiring to kill her, lashed out standing committee member, Goyeshwar Chandra Roy.
Meanwhile, Dr Moin Khan said that once BNP is victorious in the next election, Khaleda Zia will be made the PM.
After the token hunger strike ended, police arrested 22 activists though the matter has not been confirmed as yet.
