Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has demonstrated a procession on Friday in the capital demanding release of party chief Khaleda Zia.
BNP's Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi along with other leaders of its associate organisations participated in the procession.
A statement signed by BNP's office secretary Muhammad Munir Hossain read that the procession was held at Banani Kamal Ataturk Avenue which started at 9.15 in the morning and ends at Kakoli intersection.
