Drizzle may continue across the country

The met office predicted that light rain or drizzle may occur in different parts of the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9am Friday (Jan 31).
“Light rain or drizzle is likely to occur at one or two places over Sylhet division and the region of Cumilla. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country,” said a met office bulletin issued Friday morning.
Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country during mid-night to morning and it may continue at places till noon, said the bulletin.
Night temperature may fall by 1-3 degree Celsius over the country and day temperature may rise slightly over western part of the country and it may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country, it added.
The highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 28.8 degrees Celsius in Cox’s Bazar under Chattogram division, while Friday’s minimum temperature was 12.5 degrees Celsius in Rajarhat under Rangpur division.
