An appeal has been filed with the Supreme Court on Thursday (Jan 16) challenging a High Court order that turned down a plea to defer elections to the Dhaka city corporations slated for January 30.
Supreme Court (SC) lawyer Advocate Ashoke Kumar Ghosh filed the petition with the Appellate Division.
