A case has been lodged against Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) Vice-President (VP) Nurul Hauqe Nur over defamation of the union by his racketeering, illicit recommendation and corruption.
The university’s Salimullah Hall Students Union VP Mozahid Kamal Uddin filed the case with Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate court on Tuesday (Dec 10), confirms his laywer Enamul Hauqe Rupam.
“The judge will order file review after plaintiff’s deposition,” said Asaduzzaman Khan, another lawyer of Mozahid.
