Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Sunday (Sept 8) predicted light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by the temporary gusty wind at many places over the country as of 9 am Monday.

“Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Rangpur divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at some places over the country,” said a BMD press release.

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the release added.
