The High Court has ordered for first inquest, (Surathal) and post mortem reports of a murder case to be submitted to chief magistrate court and chief judicial magistrate court within ten days.
The order was given by a joint bench of justices M Enayetur Rahim and Md Mostafizur Rahman.
At this time, state was represented by assistant attorney general Yusuf Mahmud Morshed.

Earlier in the day, following the HC summons order, investigation officer Takhur Das Mandal appeared before the court to explain why the post-mortem and inquest reports of a Morrelganj, Bagerhat double murder case were not submitted.
