The court has fixed Jul 16 as new submission date of Kalyanpur terrorist attack probe report.
Dhaka Metropolitan magistrate Mazharul Islam fixed the new date as Counter Terrorism Unit Inspector Mohammad Zahangir Alam did not submit the report today [Thursday].
Court official Tahera Banu confirmed it to Bangla Tribune.
Mentionable, last Jul 26 the police conducted an operation at a building in Kalyanpur area where nine terrorists were killed.
One named Hasan was arrested while one managed to flee from the spot. Police claimed that all of them were members of Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB).
Two days later, Mirpur Model police station Inspector Md Shahjala filed a case accusing 10 persons under anti-terrorist laws.
