Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina held a bilateral meeting with her Indian counterpart Narendra Modi at Bangladesh Bhaban at Shantiniketan on Friday afternoon.
Issues related to bilateral interests and international concerns came up for discussion, PM's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim said.
Earlier, the two leaders inaugurated Bangladesh Bhaban at Shantiniketan, approximately 180 km north of West Bengal capital of Kolkata.
The Bangladesh prime minister reached in West Bengal in the Friday morning on a two-day official visit to India at the invitation of Narendra Modi.
