Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will join the ‘Let’s Talk’ programme on Friday (Nov 23) to listen to the thoughts and ideas of the young generation and share her views with them, reports BSS.
The Awami League’s research wing, the Centre for Research and Information (CRI), is organising the interaction which was earlier scheduled for Nov 16, the state news agency said quoting a statement by CRI issued on Thursday (Nov 22).
As many as 150 young people selected from different backgrounds including professionals, jobholders, entrepreneurs, students, and sports and cultural activists will take part in the programme.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the government’s policies and measures to take the country forward while the prime minister is expected to share some information about her youth to encourage the young minds.
‘Let’s Talk’ is a series of interaction that the CRI regularly organises to connect youths with ‘politics and policymaking.
This is the first time the prime minister is facing the youths, according to the CRI.
