Seven suspected Rohingya robbers have been killed in a reported gunfight with Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) 15 in Jadimora hill under Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar.

The incident occurred on Monday (Mar 2) morning.

RAB (legal and media wing) Senior Assistant Director Shujoy Sarkar confirmed the matter.

RAB also recovered five firearms and a large amount of ammunition from the spot.
