Five people, including a child, have been killed in a fire at a house in Moulvibazar.
Fire Service officials said the blaze originated from a shop called Pinky Shoe Store on Tuesday (Jan 28) and soon engulfed a nearby house.
As of filing the report, two firefighting units were trying to bring the blaze under control.
The deceased were identified as Subhas Roy, 65, his daughter Priya Roy (19), and his relative Diptee Roy (48), Deepa Roy (35) and Deepa Roy's daughter Boishakhi Roy (3) said Moulvibazar model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Alamgir Hossain.
