Rohingya killed in Cox's Bazar 'gunfight'

The incident occurred in Nayapara camp under Hnila union of the upazila around 9:30 pm on Saturday (Dec 7).
Details regarding his identities could not be ascertained yet. Police said the deceased was a robber.
Two other Rohingyas, Shamsul Alam and Mohammad Faisal, were injured in the incident.
Teknaf police station Officer-in-Charge Md Rakibul Hasan said: "We recovered the body and sent it to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
"According to the camp residents, he was killed in a gunfight between two rival groups."
The injured are in critical condition, the OC added.
