Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has detained three alleged members of banned militant organization Allahr Dal in Chuadanga.
They were detained from Jafarpur Government Primary School's premise on Thursday (Nov 28) night.
The arrestees have been identified as Ruhul Amin, 40, Kalam Mandal, 39, and Nur Islam Pakhi, 38.
"Acting on a tip-off, RAB conducted a drive in the school premises and arrested the three Allahr Dal members while they were holding a clandestine meeting on Thursday night," said RAB-6 Additional Superintendent of police Masud Alam at a media briefing on Friday (Nov 29).
“RAB seized two leaflets, a list consisting the members' names, some important documents and three mobile phones from their possession,” he added.
