Unidentified miscreants have slaughtered a woman in Bandarban.
The incident was reported early on Sunday (Oct 20) at Chiuni Khal Para hilly area in the district’s Sadar Upazila, said police.
The victim has been identified as 48-year-old Golapi Begum.
She was found slaughtered at her room by her family members on Sunday early morning.
Later, they informed the police and local leaders.
Confirming the matter, Lama police OC Appela Raju Naha said, “A police team has been sent to the spot.”
