Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested two people at Narayanganj for transporting contraband yaba pills in a laptop.

The two, 35-year-old Titu and 30-year-old Amjad, were arrested in a drive on Tuesday (Feb 26) noon, Assistant Superintendent of Police Mostafizur Rahman of RAB-11 has informed in a press statement.

The statement says that 785 yaba tablets were recovered from the laptop display and 215 from the pocket.

A nmotor bike, two mobile phones and a laptop were seized during the drive.

These two persons use ingenious techniques to bring laptops from Teknaf to sell them to drug dealers in Narayanganj.

A case has been filed over the matter with Nararanganj poice, added the media statement.
