He was released from Chandpur District Jail on Monday (Jan 28) following the High Court order, confirmed his counsel Kamrul Islam.
“He (Milon) was arrested on Nov 23 as there were 18 warrants against him,” said Islam.
Islam said that Milon, who also serves as BNP’s international affairs secretary was denied bail in the lower court after which they moved the High Court.
The High Court granted him bail in all cases.
Milon was arrested from Chattogram on Nov 23, days after he wrote to the Election Commission on seeking police protection to appear in court.
