A bus ran over a man in Dinajpur before crashing into a tea-stall injuring five others.
The road crash was reported on Sunday at the central bus terminal of the district town, said Dinajpur police OC Redwanur Rahim.
Witnesses said the bus hit a rickshaw killing its driver, identified as 65-year-old Nazrul Islam, on the spot.
It then lost control and crashed into a tea-stall.
Five people were taken to a nearby hospital from the scene, said the police officer adding four received first aid treatment while the other has been admitted.
Local blocked the road following the crash, but traffic resumed soon after on police’s assurance, said OC Rahim.
