The Shatchari National Park or Shatchari Jatiya Udyan in Habiganj has pulled tourists from all over the country during Eid holidays. The main attraction is the three adventure ride. People come here to enjoy the greenery and wildlife.

A student, talking about the ride, says: “I was thrilled to take the ride; to go from one tree to another over wood planks is difficult but I completed it.”

Ranger of Shatchari, Mahmud Hassan, said: “police are working round the clock to ensure security of the tourists; guides have also been appointed.”

Those who want to enter the deep forest will have to take help from the guides, he added.

“Despite the high number of tourists, we try to provide all efforts.”

Chunarughat police sub-inspector, Al Amin, said: “the police are working diligently to ensure tourists’ security.”
