The Supreme Court has ordered all lower court activities except bail, temporary injunction and other important matters.
Supreme Court Registrar General Md Ali Akbar published a circular in the regard on Sunday (Mar 22).
According to the circular, the lower courts are to postpone all activities for reasoning period, except bail, temporary injunction and others important matters, over the ongoing coronvirus pandemic.
