ACC sues Moosa Bin Shamsher, four others

File photo of Moosa Bin ShamsherThe Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has sued five people including controversial businessman Moosa Bin Shamsher on charge of registering vehicles through forgery.
ACC Director Mir Md Joynul Abedin lodged the case at its Dhaka Integrated Office on Thursday (Oct 17), the graft watchdog spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told Bangla Tribune.
The other four accused of the case are Ayub Ansari, Assistant Director of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority Bhola district circle, Waheedur Rahman, proprietor of car importer company Auto Define and Fiaz Enterprises, Faruk-uz-Zaman, brother-in-law of Moosa Bin Shamsher, and British passport holder Farid Nabir, who brought a vehicle under curtain facility.
