BNP chief Khaleda Zia’s counsels have filed bail petitions in High Court over in the three cases with courts in Cumilla and Narail on Sunday (May 20).
The former prime minister’s lawyer Masud Rana submitted the documents to concerned High Court bench.
Advocate Zainul Abedin, a counsel of Khaleda, said “The court may hear the petitions on Monday.”
Earlier, the bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice JBM Hasan cleared counsels to move bail pleas in the cases, which accuses Khaleda of violence, arson and murder.
