ACC carried out the raid in the presence of the guardians and locals on Tuesday (Dec 11) after complaints of skullduggery in the lottery system during admissions surfaced.
For the 2019-20 academic year, approximately 840 students are expected to enroll in both the boys and girls sections in the Motijheel and Banasree branches.
The enrollment is for both the English and Bengali versions. Moreover, seats are available in the school’s Mugda Bengali version branch as well.
On Tuesday, two teams of the graft watchdog oversaw the lottery process for six categories from 9 am to 11 am.
They ensured that the names of the students whose names came up in the lottery was written down by pen and not by pencil.
