Police have arrested Adabor Thana Jubo League leader Arifur Rahman Tuhin over the deaths of two people during a clash between two party factions.
Mohammadpur Thana OC Jamal Uddin Mir told Bangla Tribune on Sunday (Nov 11) that one of the victims, Arif’s father has filed a case following which Adabor Jubo League Convener Tuhin has been arrested and sent to the court with a 5-day remand plea.
“We have collected CCTV footages from the scene and examining those,” he added.
On Saturday (Nov 10), Sujan, 18 and Arif, 20 were killed during a clash between followers of ruling party leaders – Jahangir Kabir Nanak and Sadek Khan.
