A court in Dhaka has set Dec 5 to submit the probe report in a graft case filed against former chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Satyabrata Sikder fixed the date on Sunday (Nov 4) after the investigation officer failed to file the report.
Director of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Syed Iqbal Hossain is tasked with investigating the case.
On Sept 27, former BNP leader Nazmul Huda sued Sinha on bribery allegations involving Tk 32.5 million.
Later, the court order the ACC to probe into the allegation.
