Law Minister Anisul Huq has come down heavily on Dr Kamal Hossain and US Ambassador to Bangladesh saying they hatched conspiracy against the government over student protest on safe road.
“Dr Kamal Hossain has joined hand with US Ambassador to hatch conspiracy to overthrow the government over student demonstration,” he said at a programme on 15th August in Brahmanbaria on Friday.
When a bus ran over the innocent students, they waged movement for safe road and we agreed to their demand, he said.
“We urged them to go back to their homes,” he said adding, “When they were about to go back, Dr Kamal joined hand with US Ambassador to overthrow the government.”
A vested quarter has joined hand with anti-Muslim United States and hatched conspiracy to overthrow the government, he said.
