Ensuring good governance is the key challenge for the government, said Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.

“The country is moving forward. Development activities are in progress and standard of living is also improving. Now, the key challenge is to ensure good governance,” Kamal said on Wednesday (Jan 16) while exchanging views with the new committee of Bangladesh Crime Reporters Association (CRAB).

On the government drive against drugs, the minister said that eliminating drugs from the society is a priority for the government.

“No drug dealers will be spared,” he said.

Kamal also said that their main target is to ensure the security of the state and people.

CRAB President Abul Khayer and General Secretary Dipu Sarwar were present among others.
