Mim Mantasha, a final year student at Jahangirnagar University, has been crowned as the winner of Lux Super Star 2018.
Mim has received a brand new car, along with Tk 5 lac and got the chance to become the brand ambassador of Lux Bangladesh. She will get the opportunity to act in the television serials, cinemas and telefilms of Impress Telefilm and Channel i.
Channel i presents Lux Superstar 2018 Grand Finale has been held at the Bangabandhu International Convention Center in Dhaka on Friday (May 9) evening.
Sarwat Ajad Brishti and Samia Athoi were chosen for the first and second runner-up in the gorgeous event. Brishti has received Tk 4 lac where Athoi received Tk 3 lacs as prize money.
Three special prizes were given in this year’s event where Puja got the ‘Most Confident” award, Taipa got ‘Most Entertaining’ award and ‘Most Stylist’ award was received by Esrat.
Final results were based on the judges’ points given during the finale, votes from the audience and points from previous rounds.
This year’s judge’s panel of the event had comprised Arifin Shuvoo, Sadiya Islam Mou and Tahsan. Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor, actor Aly Zaker and actor Isitha were also present in the event as guest judges.
