Six people have been killed in a head-on collision between two vehicles on the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway.
The crash between a car and three-wheeler passenger vehicle Saturday afternoon near the Moulvibazar town has left two others injured, said police.
A car collided-head on with a CNG-run autorickshaw in Nadampur area at 6:30pm, killing six people and injuring others, local Union Parisand member Shah Imran Saju told Bangla Tribune.
The deceased include passengers of both vehicles, he said.
Details of the victims are yet to be available,
The bodies have kept at the state-run hospital in district town, said Sub-Inspector Shila Begum of the Moulvibazar police.
