Police in Narayanganj has recovered two unidentified bodies on Thursday (Oct 25).
The bodies were recovered only four days after police claimed on Oct 21 that they recovered bullet-hit bodies of four youths in Narayanganj and the victims’ families alleged that they were earlier picked up by law enforcers.
“Police recovered the body of an unidentified man lying by the side of Dhaka–Naraynganj Link Road at Jalkuria under Siddhirganj in Narayanganj at around 11am on Thursday,” said Siddhirganj police Inspector Azizul Haque.
“The victim might have run over by several vehicles early Thursday,” he added.
Inspector Azizul Haque said that they also recovered the body of another unidentified physically challenged youth from a pond at Barmastand area under Siddhirganj around 12.30pm on Thursday.
He, however, could not say the reason behind the death.
