Pay the revenues for ideal trade environment, said Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal.
“We need revenue and you need ideal trade atmosphere,” he said on Thursday (Feb 7) in a meeting with the business leaders.
He added that the government wants to ensure ideal atmosphere and urged the businessmen to pay their revenues.
Kamal called on them to resolve to loan default, interest rates and Tax related issues.
Responding to queries about implementing the VAT Act, the finance minister said, “The VAT Act will be implemented at various rates.”
Talking about loan defaults, he said, “I am committed to ensure that loan default does not increase.”
