“Today, Dr Kamal is facing a serpent,” he told the media on Thursday (Dec 27), at the AL party office in Dhanmondi.
Several leaked phone conversations have brought conspiracies to the open, he said, adding, “A leaked conversation exposes a plan to kill Dr Kamal Hossain.”
Referring to the Jamaat-BNP nexus, he said, “They are capable of creating anarchy in the country and send out wrong messages by making false videos.”
Saying that there is a festive atmosphere all over the nation, he added that since BNP-Jamaat know of their precarious position, they want to destabilise the country by resorting to conspiracy.
“They are carrying out false propaganda and making indecent comments about the police, the media and those linked to holding a free, fair election.”
