BNP will clarify its stance on Election Commission’s rules and regulation to appoint foreign polls observers soon.

The party has decided to hold a media call soon but is yet to fix the date and place.

The decision came at a meeting of BNP’s Foreign Affairs Committee on Tuesday (Dec 4).

Speaking to Bangla Tribune, a committee member said, “The EC has changed its rules and regulations to appoint foreign observers ahead of the 11th Parliamentary Election that raises the question whether the foreign observers would arrive in the country on time.”

“BNP will clarify its position on the EC’s latest rules,” said member, who preferred to remain anonymous.
