Jatiya Party Chairman Hussain Muhammad Ershad is interviewing aspirants vying to contest the upcoming polls from his party.

The interviews started on Tuesday (Nov 20) at the Emmanuelle’s Convention Centre.

Jatiya Party Senior Co-Chairman Raushan Ershad, Co-Chairman GM Quader, General Secretary ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader and Kazi Firoz Rashid were among leaders who are sitting at the interview board.

“Interviews will continue all day on Tuesday,” said Ershad’s Deputy Press Secretary Khandaker Delwar Jalali.

The interview process will be finished by today, he added.

As many as 865 leaders purchased nomination forms seeking Jatiya Party’s ticket to contest in the upcoming national polls.
