Ruling Awami League will start distributing its nomination papers for the 11th Parliamentary election from Nov 9, says its General Secretary Obaidul Quader.
“Collection and submission of the nomination forms will continue until father notice,” Quader said on Tuesday (Nov 6).
Quader came up with the development after emerging from the talks between Awami League-led 14-party Alliance and 12 Islamists parties and coalitions at The Ganabhaban.
The Election Commission is set to announce the schedule for the 11th National Election on Nov 8 while the voting is likely to will be held before Dec 25, according to EC sources.
