No trace of Tk 15b taken by PK Halder

He told this to an appellate bench led by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain.

At the court, Advocate Ahsanul Karim was for International Leasing while state was represented by Attorney General Mahbubey Alam.

Ibrahim Khaled said: “If International Leasing is dissolved then the sector will face an adverse impact. At the order of the high court, I was appointed the chairman and given time I can restructure International Leasing.”

Appellate Division has fixed Wednesday (Feb 26) to decide it the institution will be dissolved or not.

Earlier, on Jan 21, High Court ordered the confiscation and seizure of the passports of PK Halder, former MD of NRB Global Bank and twenty others along with their bank accounts.
