Writ seeks commission for LPG price

On Monday (Jan 13), a supreme court lawyer Moniruzzaman Lincoln has filed the writ, which also seeks directives for labelling maximum retail price on LPG cylinders.
An HC bench may hear the petition in next week, said Lincoln.
Officials of concerned bodies including Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission chief have been made respondents to the petition, he added.
