Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal’s house help has allegedly fled after stealing Tk 70,000 from his Gulshan home.
Lotus Kamal Group of Company Manager Jahangir Hossain filed a case against Salma Hossain on Tuesday (Dec 31).
“We are trying to catch Salma Begum,” said Gulshan police Sub Inspector Khorshed Alam.
According to Gulshan police, Salma who had been working at the minister’s home since 2019 fled with the money on Dec 13. Her phone has been switched-off since then.
