Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 2 people over the killing of a Chinese businessman.
On Wednesday (Dec 18), DMP Deputy Commissioner (media) Masudur Rahman told the media that they have seized stolen money and items used for the killing with their possession.
“Details regarding the matter will be briefed in a media call,” said DMP spokesperson.
On Dec 11, 50-year-old businessman Gao Jian Hu was found dead in the garden of his Banani apartment complex in Dhaka. 
Hu was a stone importer who had been living with his family in flat 6/B, house no 82 on road no 23, Block K, Banani for the last one year, but his family members had gone back to China in November.
