The elite police unit discovered the fourth safe stashed with cash at Dhaka’s Narinda on Tuesday (Sept 24) after seizing cash and gold worth millions from three safes at Enu’s Gendaria home.
RAB-3 chief Shafiullah Bulbul said they found that Enu’s bodyguar Pavel left the ‘vault’ and a gun with ammunition at the home of his employee Abul Kalam.

Earlier on Tuesday, RAB seized a large amount of gold and cash in three safes at the residences of Enamul Haque Enu, a vice president of the ruling party’s Gendaria Thana unit and Rupon Bhuiyan, the joint general secretary of the same unit.

“Awami League leader Enamul is one of the partners of Wanderers’ Club. His proceedings [from the gambling facilities] were converted into gold and stored in vaults,” RAB-3 chief Bulbul had told the media.
The RAB-3 chief added that according to intelligence inputs, cash and gold belonging to the two leaders have been stored in five locations.
